I’m the founder and President of Good Measure Business Consulting Corp, where I work directly with equity firms and mid- to large-market companies to drive meaningful cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built my career helping businesses take a more disciplined, data-driven approach to procurement—without disrupting day-to-day operations. My focus has always been simple: deliver measurable results while maintaining strong supplier relationships and operational continuity.

Through Good Measure, I partner closely with business stakeholders and executive leadership to identify and execute opportunities across key spend categories. That includes everything from supplier negotiations and contract optimization to building structured sourcing processes and uncovering savings through detailed spend analysis. The goal is not just to reduce costs—but to do it in a way that is sustainable, scalable, and aligned with how the business actually operates.
